"Mad Max" in South Africa at AAD??

No no, but close! A Quick Shoot Adventure with DCD Group

I got a call asking, "Would you like to do a shoot quickly?" and of course, I replied with, "Well yeah, I’m on my way!" What I didn’t know was what I’d be shooting, classic situation, right? I grabbed my gear and headed out with nothing but my trusty "Canon" in hand, ready for whatever was about to hit me.

And then I saw it… This beast of a vehicle, straight out of a Mad Max movie, covered in the bold and brilliant colors of the South African flag. Instantly, it reminded me of "Vlaggie," the Hawk MK120 that “Prowler” flings around the sky, showing off for the crowds. The kind of machine that causes your neck to twist into all sorts of weird positions.

Right then and there, it clicked. I wasn’t here to review it, I was here to shoot it. And trust me, I didn’t need any specs to know this thing was pure grit and steel, ready for action. It’s rumored to be called the "Springbuck," and I’m planning to get in touch with DCD Group for all the juicy details on it later.

But then it got even better, I got to shoot it WITH “Vlaggie”!

But for now, check out the shots. Let the pictures do the talking while I track down the rest of the story.
